Oxford - Several people have picked up applications at the Village of Oxford for the Owner Occupied Housing Rehab program. Those applications are due back to the clerk at the Oxford Village Office by November 20, 2020 before the close of the business day at 4 pm.

McCook, Nebraska—Community Hospital administered its first doses of Bamlanivimab, a monoclonal antibody drug last week. The drug recently received emergency use authorization from the FDA in the treatment of COVID-i9.

The Arapahoe Basketball team held a food collection contest for the students. The winners would get to choose who they wanted to get a pie in the face. The third grade class (above) won by bringing over 200 food items for the Arapahoe Food Pantry. They chose Nolan Meyers and Conner Luke to get a pie in the face. The freshman won in the high school and chose Dillon Bahe and Cord Frink (below) to get a pie in their faces.

Nearly $1000 was raised for the Arapahoe library’s programming fund through the Color Blast 5K. Karme Fisher (left) and Tyler Cappef(rifht) arranged the details of the event. Megan Soncksen (middle) received the funds for the library.
