Body Lebanon’s 150th celebration is in the history book. It was well attended, everyone had plenty to eat and all had a good time. The activities of the day that were held in the park went well.

Body The Oxford Quilt Group hosted a ‘Bed Turning’ on the evening of Monday, September 18, 2023 at the Oxford Evangelical Free Church. A nice crowd of around forty were in attendance to view the handiwork. The ten members of the group each had five quilts that were shown.

Body Eustis-Farnam Public Schools would like to take this time to recognize the outstanding achievements of our 2022-23 FFA Program. On March 29th, 30th and 31st Eustis-Farnam’s FFA Chapter participated in the State FFA contests in Lincoln.

Body The Oxford American Legion Auxiliary held a Gold Star Mother’s Day open house on Sunday, September 24 at the Golden Generation/Hilltop Event Center in Oxford. They served Cake, punch, mints and nuts.

Body Thanks to the Ten Free Trees program, an effort of the Nebraska Forest Service and the Nebraska Statewide Arboretum, the Village of Farnam received six trees.

Body Southwest Nebraska Public Health Department (SWNPHD) will be offering Vaccines for Children at public clinics in October. Anyone two months of age and older are invited to get their vaccinations.
