Body Roger Olmsted, formerly of Beaver City and Phillipsburg, passed away December 24 at the age of 71. Funeral services will be held Friday, December 29 at 10:30 a.m. at the Olliff-Boeve Funeral Chapel (1115 Second Street) in Phillipsburg.
