Body Aug. 7, 2025 (McCook, Neb.) — Weather permitting, a chip seal project will begin Monday, Aug. 11 on U.S. Highway 283 (US-283), according to the Nebraska Department of Transportation. Chip seal is an application of an asphalt binder to a roadway surface followed by an aggregate.

Body The Indianola Alumni 1891–1969 met August 7, 2025 at St. Catherine’s Church Hall, with a total of 44 attendees, including graduates, spouses, and guests. Our theme depicted all forms of travel - “Traveling to Alumni” via Planes, Trains, and Automobiles”!

Body The weather covered us with a cool shady afternoon in Stockville on Saturday, August 2, 2025. Over 55 people attended the reunion to catch up with family and friends as folks traveled many miles to greet each other.

Body August 12, 2025 Summer is over (by the school calendar) and school is starting! Didn’t summer just start 3 weeks ago?? It’s like I’ve heard since I was a young girl, “The older you get, the faster time goes.”
