Elaine Haussler went to the home of Ron and Zona Fritz west of McCook to have Thanksgiving dinner.
Paula Austin of Oberlin, KS was a guest of her mother, Gara Lee Sprague, to eat dinner on Friday. Thanksgiving dinner leftovers were enjoyed.
Lelia Haussler enjoyed a belated Thanksgiving telephone call on Sunday evening from Marlene Haussler of Lakewood, CO. Marlene had nine members of her family as dinner guests on Thanksgiving Day. Marlene said she had put Christmas wreath decorations with red bulbs on her garage door and had her Christmas tree up and decorated. Grandchildren helped her.
On Monday morning, November 30th, residents exercised with Patrick Magorian at Prairie Pines.
Residents of Prairie Pines enjoyed a Thanksgiving dinner with turkey and dressing, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, cranberry salads and pumpkin and pecan pie. On Friday, they enjoyed leftover food for dinner. It tasted just as good on Friday as it did on Thanksgiving day!
