MARLINE F. HORSKY

June 22, 1937 – March 23, 2026

Marline Faye Horsky (Tucker), 88, of Florence, Oregon, passed away peacefully on March 23, 2026. She was born June 22, 1937, in Franklin, Nebraska.

Marline grew up in Nebraska and graduated from Oxford High School, where she played clarinet in the school band. She also enjoyed playing the piano throughout her life. She had a deep love for creative pursuits, especially cross-stitching, knitting, and drawing.

Faith was an important part of Marline’s life. She participated in a private worship group in Florence and attended First Baptist Church of Florence.

She is survived by her daughters, Jeri Lewis, Becky Gossett, and Jennifer Coats; grandsons, Kyle Lewis, Tucker Lewis, Jackson Coats, and Daniel Gossett; sister, Loraine “Sadie” Schoen; and brother, Keith Tucker.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Royce Horsky; her parents, Clema and Frank Tucker; her sister, Maurine McClaine; and her brother, Kenneth Tucker. Marline will be remembered for her creativity, faith, and devotion to her family. Burns’s Riverside Chapel Florence Funeral Home.
