Arapahoe outlasts Roughriders

ARAPAHOE - Behind a balanced attack, the Arapahoe girls basketball team outlasted Southwest Friday night, taking a 49-44 victory.

The Warriors trailed early but scored 40 points over the last three quarters to overcome the Roughriders.

Tracy Roskop led Arapahoe with 15 points and Emerson Swanson and Hope Koller each scored eight while Rylee Bahe added seven. Koller and Sabrina Jacobsen each had 10 rebounds and Roskop and Swanson each had three assists. Berkley Warner added three steals as Arapahoe improved to 3-3.

Caylin Barnett led Southwest with 18 points and nine boards, adding three steals and three assists. Bailey Truksa scored 12 and had four steals. Atleigh Nelms and Payton Truksa each scored four and had five rebounds.
