JOANN D. HAYS

JoAnn D. Hays, 89 years of age, of Holdrege, Nebraska, passed away peace on Monday, January 9, 2023 at Holdrege Memorial Homes in Holdrege, Nebraska.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at 2 PM at Garey Funeral Home, 652 Main St., Arapahoe, Nebraska with Neal McInturf, offi ciating.

JoAnn was preceded in death by her husband, Bill and son, Terry.

She is survived by her children: Bill and his wife, Kammie of Gilbert Minnesota; Sally and (Terry) of Alma, Nebraska; Kathy and her husband, Dave of Oxford, Nebraska; Stan and his wife Kathy of Hazelton, Kansas, Jerry of Oxford, Nebraska. Sister, Eleanor Nail of Ponchatoula, Louisiana.

She leaves behind 17 grandchildren, 10 greatgrandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established in JoAnn’s honor and kindly suggested to the family for later designation.
