Arapahoe JV football battles Bertrand

The Arapahoe Warrior junior varsity football team traveled to Bertrand on the 5th to take on the Vikings.

The Vikings scored first, but the Warriors were quick to answer when Ander Wasenius scored from 4 yards out to tie it up 6-6.

The Vikings scored the next 20 points in the game capitalizing on some costly Warrior turnovers.

The Warriors next score was set up by a couple of nice pass completions from Wasenius to Dylan Bahe and Gabe White. Wasenius finished off the drive with a QB sneak up the middle. Wasenius found Bahe open in the endzone for the two point conversion to cut the score to 26-14.

The Vikings found the endzone one more time before the end of the game to make the final score 32-14. Leading tacklers for the Warriors: Bahe-6, Colton Carlson-6, Cooper Wendland-5, White-5, Wayne Lee-3, Kyle Elliot-3, Bryan Conn-3, Titus Goshert-2, Rafe Hill-1, Haiden Van Houtan-1, and Austin Warburton-1.
