Several residents at the Good Samaritan Society, Arapahoe were super heroes, getting vaccinated Monday morning doing their part to keep COVID 19 from visiting the center and then maybe their relatives can come visit them again. Corky Burron enjoys getting outside so he will be happy when that happens.

Getting their Covid 19 vaccine for each other were Darien and Ward Urbom. Super hero and Activity Director Star Corbin encouraged Good Samaritan residents to get their shot on Monday morning when the vaccine was available.

KEARNEY — The University of Nebraska at Kearney announced students who earned a place on the dean’s list for the fall 2020 semester. Students who are on the dean’s list must have completed 12 credit hours or more of classes with a 3.5 grade point average or better on a 4.o scale. Students earn a 4.0 for an “A,” 3.0 for a “B” and a 2.0 for a “C.”

Hastings College has announced the Dean’s List for its fall 2020 semester. For the semester, 412 students from 26 states and eight countries were named to the Dean’s List.
