Bryan College of Health Sciences announces the President’s and Dean’s list for the Fall 2020 term. The President’s list is composed of students who were taking 12 credit hours or more and received a 4.o grade point average (GPA). The Dean’s list is composed fo students who were taking 12 credit hours or more and received a 3.5 GPA or higher.

UNL-TAPs program presents 2020 awards

The Testing Ag Performance Solutions (TAPS) awards ceremony was held virtually on January 16, due to continuing Covid 19 restrictions. The TAPS program was created by University of Nebraska educators and specialists four years ago, as an innovative way of connecting producers to industry professionals and offering a way of testing out new advancing technologies through farm management competitions facilitated in North Platte at th West Central Research, Extension, and Education Center. The 2020 participants were honored Saturday evening with a number of awards.

State Park camping reservation booking begins February 1

LINCOLN, Neb. — Beginning Feb. 1, guests can make camping reservations up to 180 days in advance of arrival for stays at Nebraska state park and recreation areas. Guests will be able to book stays for a maximum of 14 days, and will have the ability to make multiple reservations for eligible sites and dates. There is no change to the cabin and lodge room reservation booking window. It remains at a year to date. In addition to reservable campsites, firstservedcome, first-campsites are available year-round at all park locations.

RPAC Tournament delayed; Cambridge into semifinals

CAMBRIDGE - With a snow storm impeding progress of the week-long RPAC Basketball Tournament, the quarterfinal rounds were each pushed back a day to Tuesday and Wednesday. The Cambridge girls punched their ticket through to the semifinals Tuesday night with a 41-24 upset over second-seeded Medicine Valley.
