The annual reunion of the descendants of EHME and EBELLENA WOLZEN will be held at the Beaver City Community Building on Sunday, May 30. I recently read an account in the Stamford Newsletter in 1935, of Glen, the ten year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Parker who lived 8 miles southwest of Stamford who took his air gun in the afternoon to do some target practice out in the pasture. He tramped around awhile and coming to a cave in the bank, decided to crawl in out of the wind for awhile, and sat down and went to sleep. When it began to get dark and he did not return home, his parents became alarmed and started a hunt for him.
