American Legion Auxiliary Unit 199 met in the Community Building on May 13, at 2:10 p.m., with six members present. After Presentation of the Colors, Prayer, Preamble and Pledge of Allegiance, the meeting was called to order by Vice President Norma Wymore. The minutes of the April meeting were read. Jo Lewis made a motion to accept the minutes; Sue Witte seconded.
Congratulations to Chloe Besler! She was chosen as the 2021 Cambridge Rotary Scholarship Winner. She came and visited with our club about her future plans. She plans on attending CCC in Hastings this fall to become a dental hygienist. Good Luck with your future plans.

Mrs. Sue Helms was honored during the Arapahoe Elementary Awards program held last week. Sue has worked as an educator in the Holbrook-Arapahoe Public School for 42 years and is looking forward to retirement.
