Body Dietary fiber helps reduce blood cholesterol levels and may lower risk of heart disease. Fiber is important for proper bowel function. It helps reduce constipation and diverticulosis. Fibercontaining foods help provide a feeling of fullness with fewer calories.

Body The Annual Field Day for Kindergarten thru 6 grade was held on Friday, May 14 at Elwood Public School. Events included: long jump, a race to fill buckets with water squeezed from a sponge, obstacle course, softball throw, frisbee throw, and 100 yard dash.

Body (GRAND ISLAND, NE) - The Central Platte Natural Resources District and the Central Platte Range Alliance will host a Range Management Tour on Tuesday, June 8, 2021.
