BEAVER CITY – The regular City Council meeting was held on June 21, 2021, with all six Council Members—Quinn Barnas, Kevin Harper, Chris Joppa, Roger Powell, Russell Rickert, and Becky Robinson present and Mayor Leighton Schmidt presiding.
