BLUE HILL - The Southern Valley football team dropped a 44-12 decision at Blue HIll Friday. The Eagles found some success moving the ball on the ground, rushing for 113 yards as a team, but it wasn’t enough to overcome the Bobcats, who grabbed their second win of the season.

Big fourth quarter pushes Bulls to win at Elm Creek

The Hi-Line football team used a big fourth quarter to grab its first win of the season Friday, downing Elm Creek 36-18 to even their record at 1-1. The Bulls scored three times in the fourth quarter, blowing open a game they led 14-6 through three.

Arapahoe JV battles at Med Valley

The Arapahoe junior varsity football team traveled to Curtis Monday night to take on the Raiders from Medicine Valley. The Warriors started with the ball and moved the ball all the way down to the 12 yard line before stalling out and turning it over on downs.

In a match that varied between tightly-contested sets and blowouts, the Hi- Line volleyball team outlasted Medicine Valley last Tuesday in four, 25-13, 23-25, 25-11, 25-22, to improve to 2-1 this season.

Cambridge Fire Department works to put out the flames that destroyed a 1976 Cobra Motorcoach, belonging to Ron Stonerook of Arapahoe Sunday afternoon at Harry Strunk Lake due to an electrical short in the camper started the fire.
