10 years ago Southwest High School Dennis Troester coached his 700 th win, all in the same school system. He taught PE and was assistant basketball and head track coach and in 1975 added volleyball to his coaching duties.

Cambridge School Board discusses uses of ESSER funds

The Cambridge Board of Education met in regular session on Monday, October 11, 2021. All Board members were present. After approving the agenda and minutes from the previous meeting, Superintendent Greg Shepard gave the Treasurer’s Report. Shepard said funds are sitting really good and the district is prepared for any unseen circumstances that may come up. He said the district will continue to update transportation. The Board then approved both the General Fund Claims and the Special Building Fund Claims in two separate motions.

Two Rivers Announces COVID-19 Testing Site

KEARNEY –Two Rivers Public Health Department announcing there will be a new COVID-19 testing site in Kearney starting Monday, October 11th. Test results will be available the same day as testing. Testing will be offered at no cost to individuals.
