Pfeiffer-Morgan Post/Unit #290 Elwood, NE met March 7, 2022 for their annual Legion Birthday and Continuous Membership recognition dinner.

American Legion-Auxiliary #290 Elwood honored Legion member Murl Tiede with a Quilt of Valor. Murl served during the Vietnam Era and was in the U.S Air Force. His wife, son, grandson and daughter-in-law were present at the March 7th ceremony.

The Gosper County Senior Center is in full swing and has coffee drinkers in at 8:30, pool-players in the midmorning, exercise machines that are in motion, a puzzle on the table, domino game to get started after lunch and of course great noon dinners for you to enjoy with friendly neighbors.
