Arapahoe Seniors in a Life and Career Readiness class took on job shadows with hopeful future employers. Nine students were given the opportunity to learn about careers throughout the first semester of this academic year at Arapahoe. Students were asked to really dig into themselves and their futures.

The march celebrated its 50th anniversary this year and is an opportunity to give voice to the voiceless, stand up for the fundamental right to life, and demonstrate support for both mothers and their children.

Route announced for 41st Bike Ride Across Nebraska

“Nebraska’s Greatest Show on 2 Wheels,” the Bike Ride Across Nebraska (BRAN), has a long and rich history of riding through the state’s cities, towns and villages. The typical routes start from west and return to the east as our typical wind patterns come from the west and blow to the east.

Southern Valley Students Win Photo Contest

It focuses on four aspects of Nebraska including agriculture, landscape, celebrating work, and vibrant communities. For the fall 2022 contest, students were encouraged to enter their best Nebraska photo. This year five Southern Valley students were selected as winners.
