Body Gerald “Jerry” Witte, age 99, of Cambridge, NE, passed away at the Cambridge Memorial Hospital on August 30, 2023. He was born in Lawrence, NE on November 9, 1923, to Clement and Elisabeth (Ostdiek). The family moved to Cambridge when Jerry was seven years old.

Body CAMBRIDGE - The Hi-Line girls cross country team ran its way to the team title and two area runners finished runner-up individually at the Cambridge Cross County Invite Friday. For the girls’ teams, Hi-Line placed 1st, Cambridge placed 3rd, and Southern Valley placed 7th.
