The Village of Oxford Board of Trustees approved contracting with 5 Rule Rural Planning during their meeting on Monday, October 9. The $28,000 contract was approved by the board upon approval of the village attorney and sign off of board chairman Mike Minarik. Minarik was absent from the meeting.
