Although the Medicine Valley boys basketball team stayed within striking distance of Arapahoe, the Warriors did enough to pull away late for a 41-32 victory Friday night. Both teams were slow to get going offensively.

ARAPAHOE – The Arapahoe-Holbrook school board held their regular meeting on Monday, January 8, 2024. Inclement weather prevented some board members from attending, but four members were present, constituting a quorum.

City of Cambridge still looking to fill summer positions

Cambridge City Council met on Wednesday, January 3, 2023. Council members Jeff Ommert and John Kutnink were absent from the meeting. After the Pledge of Allegiance, the Council approved the Consent Agenda Items which included the approval of the December 18, 2023 minutes and the claims and the Library Board Minutes from December 13, 2023.

Cambridge Board approves 2024-25 Teacher’s Contract

The Cambridge Board of Education met in regular session on Monday, January 8, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. All Board Members were present. After the Pledge of Allegiance, the Board voted Amy Sines as Board President, Jason Houghtelling as Vice President, Marisa Burke as Secretary, and Kyle Klinkebiel as the Treasurer. The Board also appointed committee members. Kyle Klinkebiel, Jason Houghtelling, and Virgil Banzhaf will fill the newly created Finance Committee.

HASTINGS, Neb. (January 8, 2024) - Hastings College has announced the Dean’s List for its fall 2023 semester. For the semester, 347 students from 20 states and 10 countries were named to the Dean’s List.
