It was spring, enough so that the spring flowers are up and blooming. And my apricot tree has bloomed! And now it’s winter again! With Monday night’s temps in the teens, there won’t likely be an apricot crop here on The Hill this year. According to reports I’m hearing, The Hill didn’t get as much snow as in other areas but there is enough to cover most of the ground and make a few small drifts. As usual, there’s one that goes the entire length and right next to my garage door, then follows exactly the curve of my front walk to the steps. The direction of the wind never alters that drift! According to the weatherman, the snow should be about gone by the time this hits the mailbox.
