Oxford Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Funds Still Remain

The Village of Oxford has funds remaining for the owner-occupied housing rehabilitation program to rehabilitate 5 homes within the municipal limits of Oxford. Homeowners must live in the home and be income qualified. Applications will be received on a first-come, first-served basis. The maximum allowable funding per home rehab is $25,000; given in the form of a forgivable loan. Items looked at are lead based paint, electrical, plumbing, windows, HVAC, and accessibility. Beginning Thursday, December 31, 2020, applications may be picked up at the Village Office at 326 Ogden Avenue, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The application deadline will be January 29, 2021.
