GOSPER COUNTY SENIOR CENTER

Posted in:
Body

The Gosper County Senior Center is NOT open for congregate meals for the remainder of the month of December. The Gosper County Senior Center will continue to serve meals for delivery or pick-up. We are following the guidelines that WCNAAA has suggested for our Center. If you would like to have a meal to pick up or have a meal delivered please call the Senior Center at 785-250o. Thanks for your continued support. Call Lana if you have questions-785-250o.

So proud of our Seniors who are staying close to home and wearing their masks. That is what has kept you safe and kept your neighbors safe as well. We continue to stress the hand washing and wearing your mask. Remember the Elwood Market requiring face-masks again and they are still offering curb-side pick-up and some home delivery. Just call them. The local Dollar General is requiring face masks in their stores. Not much news because we can’t be open to do any activities. I am hoping that January will improve our chances of having in house meals again. That will only happen if folks strive to wear their mask and stay home. Please call your neighbor on the phone. It’s a great source of staying in touch.

Take care and stay well. It’s now coming up on the flu season and wearing your mask and washing your hands will help keep that at bay as well.
