DONNA L. BREWSTER

Donna Lee Brewster, age 83, passed away November 25, 2022 at the Good Samaritan Village in Hastings, NE.

Donna was born March 7, 1939 in Cameron, WI to Lee Kenneth Hill and Madge Merna (Fleharty) Hill. She graduated from Arapahoe High School in Arapahoe, NE with the Class of 1957.

On March 11, 1961, Donna married Ronald Lee Brewster in Arapahoe. To this union two children were born. Throughout her lifetime Donna enjoyed reading, tending to her vegetable and flower gardens, fishing and watching NASCAR. She was a member of the First Baptist Church and the Memorial United Methodist Church, both of McCook.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband.

Donna is survived by son Johnnie (Linda) Brewster and their son David of McCook; daughter Kathy VanBoening of Juniata, NE and her children Chris (Amanda) VanBoening and children Jackson, Xander and Phoenix of Hastings, NE and Andrea Loudon and her daughter Savannah Peterson of Juniata; brother Kenneth (Cheryl) Hill of Grand Island, NE; as well as many nieces, nephews and life long friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Donna’s name.

Visitation was held from 5 to 7 pm on Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at Carpenter Breland Funeral Home, McCook.

A Funeral Service will be held at 2 pm on Thursday, December 1, 2022 at the Memorial United Methodist Church, McCook, with Pastor Jeff Kelley, officiating.

Burial will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery, McCook.
