Lynna Marie Palmer, 64 years of age, of Holdrege, Nebraska, passed away on Saturday, August 15, 2026, at Kearney Regional Medical Center in Kearney, Nebraska.

Lynna was born in Cambridge, Nebraska on May 13, 1962, the third of four children, born to Larry R. and Opal M.

(Hoover) Palmer. Lynna received her education from Wilsonville Public Schools, and graduated with the class of 1981.

Following her education, Lynna worked at Artistic Woven Labels until they closed. She then worked at BD, and retired, following many years of employment.

Lynna was a member of the Holdrege Fraternal Order of Eagles, Arie #3132. In her free time, Lynna enjoyed kayaking, going to the lake to jet ski and watching NASCAR racing.

Lynna was preceded in death by her parents, Larry and Opal Palmer; and her brother, Rodwick R. “Rod” Palmer in 2004.

Lynna is survived by her brother, William “Grady” Palmer of Wilsonville; her sister, Dannette Doolittle and her husband, Dex of Greenville, Mississippi; along with a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

There will not be a visitation, viewing, or memorial book signing the evening prior. Cremation was chosen.

A memorial has been established in Lynna’s honor, and kindly suggested to the family for future designation.
