Body The 33rd Annual ESU #11 Senior High Academic Quiz Bowl was held on April 7th at the Nebraska Prairie Museum. Ten teams from the ESU #11 area competed. Teams were: Alma, Arapahoe, Cambridge, Elwood, Eustis-Farnam, Holdrege, Loomis, Minden, Southern Valley and Wilcox-Hildreth.

Body Tri Valley Health System has 40 doses of the COVID-19 Moderna vaccine available for: Individuals 18 years and older. This vaccination clinic will be held on (today) Thursday, April 15th from 4:30 pm-5:30 pm. This clinic is limited to the first 40 to sign up.

Body On April 8, 2021, Cambridge Unit 199 of the American Legion Auxiliary met in regular session at 2:15 pm in the Community Building with 7 members present. The minutes of the March meeting were read and approved.

Body The Southern Valley board of education met on Monday, April 12 at 7:30 pm in the commons area. An item of interest on the agenda was discussion on the new health standards. There were several people in attendance at the meeting as well as all administration and board members.
