Life Chain to be held in Indianola on October 3rd

Body
On Sunday, October 3rd, a Life Chain will be formed in Indianola along Highway 6 & 34 by the City Park from 2:00 until 3:00. Life Chain is a peaceful and prayerful public witness of pro-life individuals standing for 60 minutes, praying for our nation and for an end to abortion. It is a visual statement of solidarity by the Christian community that abortion kills children and that the Church supports the sanctity of human life from the moment of conception until natural death. Those of all faiths and of all ages are encouraged to stand with thousands of Pro-life individuals throughout the USA and Canada in honor of millions of babies whose lives have been lost to abortion. Anyone unable to stand is welcome to bring a chair. Participants are asked to meet at the City Park at 1:45. Water bottles, lawn chairs, umbrellas and strollers are welcome and encouraged. Signs will be provided. Coffee and cookies will be served afterwards.

Body
Here it is, by the time you read this, Fall of 2021. It seemed that we had more than a summer’s worth of hot days but yet the last three months have gone so quickly. It looks like it’s going to be one of those “plant in the dust and your bins will bust” years. At least we hope the latter part will hold true.
