Cambridge, Hi-Line runners compete at State Cross Country

KEARNEY - The Cambridge and Hi-Line cross country teams sent individuals to compete at the Class D State Cross Country Meet in Kearney Friday with each athlete representing their school well. Cambridge finished 13th place as a team, led by sophomore Brenna Deterding, who finished 29th with a time of 22:06, and freshman Rachel Harris, who took 39th place with a time of 22:32.

4-H Achievement Night is a special event held each year to honor 4-H’ers, club leaders, and volunteers for all the hard work they have put forth toward their projects and the Furnas County 4-H program over the past year. This year, over 70 4-H’ers and family members attended Achievement Night held at the Ella Missing Center in Arapahoe on Sunday, October 17th hosted by the Arapahoe Baby Beef 4-H Club.
