BEAVER CITY — Judge James Doyle sentenced William “Billy” Quinn, 57, to a minimum of 176.5 years in prison for first-degree sexual assault and sex trafficking of a teenage girl and the production of child pornography during 2019 and 2020in Furnas County District Court on Wednesday.

Kayla Hoard is a 15-year-old freshman at ARapahoe High School. Her family include her parents Tim and Jamie, sister Bethany, brothers Tracy and Ethen. On December 2nd, 2021 she was taken to the ER as she wasn’ts feeling very well. Doctors did some tests and they showed that her white cell count was extremely high and her blood platelets were very low. She was then rushed to omaha Children’s Hospital to the Hematology/Oncology departmet. Then at about 7:00 a.m. on December 3rd, doctors diagnosed Kayla with (AML) leukemia that is located within her bone marrow.
