The Holbrook Lions Club held their appreciation dinner on Saturday at the Community Building. A few members and spouses were seen here setting up the tables to get ready for the crowd. They served roast beef, ham, baked beans, chips and cookies.
The Arapahoe Food Pantry volunteers packed up Christmas boxes to give away last Wednesday morning to those needing a little extra help during the holidays. Around 40 boxes were filled and delivered..
(Grand Island, Neb.) – Central Community College recognized 336 graduate candidates on Dec. 10 at its first-ever all-college winter commencement ceremony in the Aurora Cooperative Pavilion at the Nebraska State Fairgrounds in Grand Island.
