Body ELWOOD - The Hi-Line girls basketball team posted a pair of home wins last week, surviving Bertrand in overtime, 50-46, Tuesday before racing past Franklin Thursday, 54-15. Tuesday’s contest with the Vikings was tight throughout.

Body BARTLEY - The Southwest girls basketball team did just enough to hold onto a lead and hold off a late charge from visiting Arapahoe Friday, earning their fourth win of the season, 44-33.
