Wolfe’s Have Howling ‘Finale’ was held Saturday, August 3rd, at the Cambridge Community Building housing 50 Wolfes – descendants of Byron and Etta Wolfe, and 1 guest! Early in the day found Connie Holliday and son, Royce preparing for ‘the day’ – and it appears, the final reunion. (Those asked to ‘take over’ not only said “No!”, they said, “Elno!”) The attendance was affected for various reasons/ excuses: price of gas; school starting; preparing for a wedding; too far to travel; and the most common: just didn’t care to be there! After a Marty Guthrie blessing, plates were filled with a large assortment of delicious offerings – including JFC (Jennifer Fried Chicken) and a (large) assortment of desserts.
