CAMBRIDGE - In an important district showdown, the Cambridge football team came up a bit short Friday night, falling to visiting Overton 33-24. The Trojans fell in a 14-0 hole, but rallied for consecutive scores in the second quarter to take a 16-14 lead as Micah Gerlach blasted through the defense on a 47-yard scoring run, then connected with Brady Ahlemeyer on a 38-yard touchdown pass.
