Donnalea Sue Harrison, 59, passed away at the Community Hospital on April 21, 2024. She is survived by her parents Stephen and Ladonna Harrison of Lebanon, NE, brother, Doug (Deanna) Harrison of McCook and three nephews.

Services for Donnalea will be held on April 26th, 2024, at Herrmann- Jones Funeral Chapel at 10:30 AM with Dwayne Jackson and Robby Holliday officiating. Burial will follow at the Hamburg Cemetery.

Memorials may be left on Donnalea’s name to the American Kidney Foundation. Friends may leave online condolences at herrmannfh.com.

Curtis Council moves forward on $3.9 million pool project

The Curtis City Council granted permission to begin fundraising for a new pool. After multiple meetings, including two public input meetings, the Curtis pool committee requested that the city council approve moving forward with option 5, an estimated $3.9 million investment.
