The annual Bartley Days celebration is this weekend, June 1st through 2nd. This year's theme is 'Dino Days'.

The NSAA announced the recipients of the Spring 2024 NCPA Academic All-State Awards. The following local students were nominated for their academic excellence, leadershup, and contributions to their NSAA activity.

Hemophilus Influenza B, also known as HIB, can be a very serious disease for children younger than 5 or people 65 years and older. Although influenza is in the name, this virus is not related to the respiratory influenza virus or flu.

The Oxford High School Alumni hosted their annual banquet on Saturday, May 25, 2024. A total of 71 Oxford graduates attended the event at the Hilltop Event Center in Oxford.

KEARNEY- Cottonmill Park Swim Lake and Johnson Lake has tested positive for E. coli bacteria above the riskbased guidelines. When E. coli bacteria levels test above 235 colonies/100 ml a Health Alert is not issued. However, conditions are at a higher risk to human health when swimming.
