DOLORES H. HERMES

Dolores H. Hermes passed away on December 10, 2022, in Rogers, Arkansas. Dolores was born December 10, 1930, in Furnas County, Arapahoe NE. She was preceded in death by her parents Herman and Bertha Gehring Monter, two sisters Gertrude Mc-Cue and Ruth Glanzer.

Dolores was a member of the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Rogers, Arkansas and was on the board of Trustees. She also attended Monday night bible studies. She worked for Morris Drug and Magnuson Jewelry in Arapahoe, Nebraska as well as Antelope Book Store and Spelt’s Home Center in Kearney, Nebraska. After she moved to Arkansas, she worked for Mail Box Etc. in Rogers.

Dolores is survived by her husband Leyland J. Hermes of Rogers, Arkansas; son Brian (Jodi) Hermes; daughter Lisa (Roger) Daniels; 3 grandchildren Amanda, Kimberly, Christi and 12 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held at 10:00 a.m. and service at 11:00 a.m. Friday December 16, 2022, at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Rogers with entombment to follow at Rogers Cemetery under the direction of Nelson-Berna Funeral Home Rogers.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Holy Trinity Lutheran Music Department 1101 W. Hudson Road, Rogers, Arkansas 72758.
