Body BEAVER CITY – The city council met for the first time in the new year on Tuesday, January 2. The only official action taken during the meeting that lasted just under one-half hour was approving a building permit for Dalton McCarter to place a trailer house on his property.

Body HASTINGS, Neb. (January 8, 2024) - Hastings College has announced the Dean’s List for its fall 2023 semester. For the semester, 347 students from 20 states and 10 countries were named to the Dean’s List.

Body SEWARD, NE (01/08/2024)-- Concordia University, Nebraska recently named 226 students to its honors list for the Fall 2023 semester. Students who earn a 3.90 GPA or higher while also completing at least 12 credit hours qualify for the honors list.
