Body McCook, Nebraska—Community Hospital is allowing visitation for patients now that COVID-19 cases are lower and a significant percentage of the public has been vaccinated. Nearly a year has passed since Community Hospital restricted visitors due to the pandemic.

Body Marlene Haussler of Lakewood, CO ate the noon meal with Lelia Haussler on Saturday. She came to Arapahoe for a reunion of some of her graduating class. From Arapahoe she went to Elwood to visit Bob and Phyllis Remmenga and other Monter relatives.

Body Several people from near and far came out to the Elwood Cemetery to pay their respects to loved ones by placing flowers at their graves. A program was held also with Legion members honoring all Veterans laid to rest.
