KS. Riley grew up in Norton and was a 2016 graduate of NCHS. After graduation, he attended Manhattan Area Technical College then moved back to Norton. For the last three years Riley has worked for A&N Farms, Inc. The McKenna family wasn’t just an employer to Riley, they were family, Jason, Chandra and the kids meant a lot to him. As a kid, he loved spending time out on the Hager farm with his grandpa and siblings and going on trucking adventures with Drew. Riley also enjoyed hunting, rodeos, and bull riding.

Interment was held at 2:00 p.m. at the Highland Cemetery in Bertrand, Nebraska.

Deanna G. Stecker, age 72 of McCook, passed away at Kearney Regional Hospital on August 31, 2022 after a courageous, four-year battle for her health. She was born in Cambridge on August 24, 1950 to Loyd and Betty (Johnson) Thompson.

Rex Mishler, passed away peacefully, with his wife by his side on September 5, 2021 following a brief illness. Rex was born in Cambridge, Nebraska on July 26, 1946; the only child of Robert and Wilma Mishler. Memorial service will be September 10, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. at the Arapahoe Cemetery, Arapahoe, Nebraska with Pastor George Probasco officiating. Garey Funeral Home of Arapahoe, Nebraska is in charge of the arrangements.
