Southeast Community College in Nebraska has released its Dean’s List for the semester recently completed on the Beatrice, Lincoln and Milford campuses. To be recognized on SCC’s Dean’s List, a student must complete at least six semester credit hours of the term with a minimum grade-point average of 3.5.

Joyce Utterback went to Overton, NE for a graduation celebration at her daughter, Tina Hanson’s, home. Joyce appreciated the help from Todd Schutz when she had a flat tire on Wednesday.

Marilin Crawford visited her mother, Emma Crawford Friday to Monday. On Saturday, they visited Marvin and Becky Crawford at Johnson Lake to attend the Crawford reunion. Fifty family members attended the reunion. They were from Bennington, Lincoln, David City, Columbus, York, Kearney, Elm Creek, Lexington, McCook and Arapahoe, NE and Norton, KS.

VBS was held at the Trinity Lutheran Church last week with a closing program on Friday at 11:30 a.m. with a hot dog feed following the program for all those attending..
