NCTA team travels to Purdue

Crops Judging Team Strikes Gold Twice

What to know about measles

Body Southwest Nebraska Public Health Department (SWNPHD) encourages residents to know if they are protected against measles. Measles is a very contagious disease that causes high fever and rash and may cause other serious complications.
Congratulations to the Medicine Valley Elementary Quiz Bowl Team for their 2nd place finish at the Eustis-Farnam meet last week, achieving a record of 4-1.

Pancake Supper fundraiser

Body The Garden Prairie Church will host a Pancake, Sausage & Egg supper on March 23rd from 5-7:30 p.m. at the church located 15 miles south of Maywood Junction on Highway 83. A free will donation will go towards purchase of new church door.

Girls State applications due April 15

Body On March 13, 2025 Cambridge Unit 199 of the American Legion Auxiliary met in regular session with nine members present. After Presentation of the Colors, Pledge of Allegiance, Prayer and Preamble, President Witte called the meeting to order at 2:06 p.m.

Gold Medal Champs

Body Cambridge Elementary students received gold medals last week for their team at the Eustis-Farnam High Ability Learners Program (HAL) Invite. HAL involves Quiz Bowl, Science Olympiad, Math Olympiad, ACADECA, Battle of the Books, and Summer Honors.
