Have you ever stood up too quickly and felt the room spin? Or rolled over in bed and suddenly felt like you were on a merry go round you didn’t ask to ride? Maybe you’ve started to notice you feel a little unsteady when walking or need to hold onto furniture “just in case.” If that sounds familiar, you are not alone. And more importantly, you are not without options.

To the editor: There has been a lot of conversation happening around the Cambridge School Bond, and that’s great! But it’s important we distinguish truth from fear. Everyone is entitled to an opinion, but opinions and assumptions are not facts. When it comes to making decisions that impact our school, students, and our community’s future, we must look at the facts.

Dear Fellow Taxpayer, I would like to share just a couple of thoughts with you concerning the school bond election. If this bond passes, it will take over $500,000.00 dollars a year out of our local economy.

Dear Editor, More than five years ago, I was center stage in the Cambridge auditorium wearing a knee-high medical boot dancing to 1950s music during a prom scene for our rendition of the musical “Grease.”

Dear Editor, “But of everyone to whom much has been given, much will be required; and of him to whom they have entrusted much, they will demand the more.” is a quotation from the Bible. The premise of the quotation emphasizes that those entrusted with more wealth, talents and/or knowledge are expected to use these resources responsibly and for the benefit of others. Although we may not all be blessed with material wealth, everyone has talents and/or knowledge they can use to make a positive impact on their community.
