Tri Valley Health System Offers Nursing Tuition Assistance up to $40,000 Tri Valley Health System is offering nursing students up to $20,000 each year for two years to assist with the cost of their education. The assistance will cover tuition, books, and other related expenses at an accredited nursing school.

Southwest Nebraska Public Health Department (SWNPHD) will be offering Vaccines for Children at public clinics in February. Anyone two months of age and older are invited to get their vaccinations. Flu shots will still be available for anyone 6 months of age and older. We are starting to see a rise in influenza cases in Nebraska.

LINCOLN – Tuesday, the Nebraska Department of Economic Development (DED) announced $6,750,112 in awards through the second funding cycle of the Rural Workforce Housing Fund for program year 2022. Among the recipients awarded were the Republican Valley Golden Years Foundation of Arapahoe, which will receive $200,000, and the Cambridge Community Daycare Foundation of Cambridge, which will receive $2 million.
