First Central bank Promotions

Body First Central Bank and First Central Bank McCook is excited to announce the promotion of two employees. These promotions took place on Friday, May 12, 2023.
Cambridge high school students performed the musical Ranked earlier this month. It is a musical written by David Taylor Gomes (music and lyrics) and Kyle Holmes. The musical focused on a dystopian world where academic competition defines each student’s worth, and students do whatever it takes to get to the top of the leaderboards, including paying for their grades.

Brott honored with daisy award

Body Cambridge – Nurses at Tri Valley Health System were honored with The DAISY Award for Extraordinary Nurses . The award is part of the DAISY Foundation’s mission to recognize the extraordinary, compassionate care nurses provide patients and families every day.

Sons of The American Legion elect officers

Body The Sons of The American Legion Squadron 343 of Edison held their regular meeting May 25. The squadron is making plans to participate in several local parades and serve root beer floats before the Arapahoe fireworks on July 4.

Food truck fridays in edison

Body Summer Happenings in Edison will be Food Truck Fridays. The schedule for this is as follows: June 16: Lone Wolf BBQ June 23: Braxton’s Smokehouse June 30: Hangries LLC July 7: Tacos Y Salsas Los Forasteros Trucks will be paked on 1st street south of Edison City Building.

Schutz receives Michael S. Turner scholarship

Body Cooper Schutz, a senior majoring in Agribusiness at the University of Nebraska at Kearney, was awarded the Michael S. Turner $2,500 scholarship given by the Nebraska Cooperative Council Education Foundation.
