LINCOLN, Nebraska, (January 17, 2023) - Nebraska Wesleyan University announces its 2022 fall semester academic honors list for students enrolled in traditional and adult undergraduate programs. Traditional undergraduates: Students earning at least a 3.75 grade point average (on a 4.00 scale) while completing a full-time course load of at least 12 credit hours of graded work (pass/fail courses are not included) are eligible.

Food safety is in the news! Numerous food borne illnesses have occurred during the last few years. Most of the reported food borne illness outbreaks have occurred from food eaten away from home.

The Red Willow County GOP (Republican Party) will begin a new year of meetings on January 24, 2023. The meeting will begin with coffee at 6:30 pm at Bedore Barn/ Marlene’s Kitchen. Our State Senator, Dave Murman, secured the chairmanship of the Education Committee and several bills concerning our children in public education have been introduced.
