CAMBRIDGE - Saturday morning, a snacks vendor arrived at Dollar General in Cambridge to find the store locked up and closed. The vendor contacted the manager, who asked another employee to go unlock the store, assuming the employee that was scheduled to open had “no-called/no-showed.” When staff arrived to open the store, they learned it was much worse than that.
