The Gosper County Senior Center is in full swing and has coffee drinkers in at 8:30, pool-players in the midmorning, exercise machines that are in motion, a puzzle on the table, domino game to get started after lunch and of course great noon dinners for you to enjoy with friendly neighbors. The staff will continue to make your visit here, either while participating in the activities or eating our noon meal, as positive and enjoyable as can be. Thanks for your support.

Students in kindergarten through 12th grade can flex their artistic skills and outdoor stewardship by participating in the fourth annual Nebraska Fish Art Contest. This international art and writing competition – celebrating its 25th year in 2023 – gives youth the opportunity to highlight their talents while learning about fish, fishing and aquatic conservation.

Sunshine Village residents enjoyed the Christmas Carolers on Sunday. It was a great treat.

A soup supper was held on Saturday evening at Prairie Pines dining room with many Prairie Pines residents and members of Arapahoe Methodist Church and others of the community enjoying the good soups furnished by members of the community.
