Visitors of Dee Glanzer from Friday to Monday was her sister, Kay and Larry Green of Cherokee, IA. Friday night supper guests were Cindy Green of Montrose, SD, Sandy Sowards of Norton, KS, Lori Eiring of Fairfield, NE. Sunday, they were all joined by Justin, Carmie, Brooks and Bronson Glanzer of Minden and Larry Raines of Fairfield. They all enjoyed Sunday dinner out to celebrate Dee’s birthday.

Applications for Hay Harvest Permits Accepted Online Beginning July 30

The Nebraska Department of Transportation (NDOT) has announced hay harvesting permit applications for the public will be accepted through an online application portal beginning July 30 at 12:01 a.m. CDT. Applications will be processed in the order they are received during normal business hours beginning Monday, August 1, 2022. Individuals must have a permit to harvest hay on State Right of Way.

The Gosper County Senior Center is in full swing and has coffee drinkers in at 8:30, pool-players in the midmorning, exercise machines that are in motion, a puzzle on the table, domino game to get started after lunch and of course great noon dinners for you to enjoy with friendly neighbors. The staff will continue to make your visit here, either while participating in the activities or eating our noon meal, as positive and enjoyable as can be. Thanks for your support.
